My Daily Discipline

  1. Begin each day with a prayer that God would enable you to see your neighbors and co-workers as he sees them.
  2. Ask for the heart to join them on their journey and be used by God to bless, encourage and challenge them in ways that are in line with His will for them.

Steward Leaders are Caretakers of Community

Steward leaders who are free in the presence of God respond with joyful obedience by being caretakers of community.  This kind of community does not ‘just happen’.  Organizational effectiveness requires the constant caretaking of the culture, health, and movement of the community it has cultivated.  It requires presence, listening and personal freedom

Name the primary actions you are taking to be a caretaker of your community.
